Ingredients

Boiled rice 1 cup
Raw rice 1 cup
Black gram ½ cup
Onions chopped 1
Shredded coconut 1/4 cup
Green chillies 4

METHOD
Soak rice and dhall in water for 5 hours and then grind it nicely. Mix salt and let the batter ferment for 5 to 6 hours. Add chopped onions,shredded coconut,chopped green chillies, 1tbsp curd[fresh] and curry leaves. Mix well. Heat the paniyara chatti to moderate flame and make nice paniyarams. Tomato chutney is suitable for these paniyarams.
