Maida /All purpose flour - 2 cups
Potatoes (Aloo) - 1 medium (cooked and mashed well)
Chilli-coriander powder - a pinch
Jeera powder a pinch
Garam masala a pinch
Salt to taste
Start with combining all the ingredients without adding water and then add water needed as the dough is starting to form.
Shape them into round balls and roll them into an even shape. Do not roll them too thin.
Heat a tawa (flat pan). Place the rolled out paratha on the pan and cook on both sides.
