Indian Cusine is one of the finest cuisines in the world. Rich in both variety and spice, this "many-centuries old"
cusine, depicts the cultures and traditions of the various people in the "land of fast and feasting". Although vegetarianism
is the essence of Indian cooking, the influence of other cultures is seen in the use of poultry, meat and eggs. The use of
an eclectic mixture of meats, vegetables, spices, and condiments and the use of esoteric cooking procedures lends a unique
texture to every dish, hence making a bold statement about the fine art of Indian cuisine.
